
The TENTacle project came to an end by the 30th April 2019. A range of new reports were delivered by the end of the project, and Cliff Hague has reported the outcome of two pilotcases. These are the Latvian region in Vidzeme regional mobility ivestment plan including bordertown Valga in Estonia, and the Central Scandinavian Borderland case, including the future studies of the Karlstad region. The report also considers the role of the Innovation Circle Network.
